Chief Executive Officer
This quiet,
unassuming but indefatigable man is Chief Executive Officer and
Managing Director of the Charkin Group, which besides Charkin Ltd,
also includes Charkin Maritime Safety Centre and Hachywales Ltd. Mr
Wami is a former Mariner of theRadio/Electronics Department of
Nigeria National Shipping Line (NNSL). |

He is the
Technical Director of Charkin Limited, and has an HND in Marine
Radio/Electronics and D.T. in Radar Maintenance (England). He served
in the Nigerian National Shipping Line (NNSL) Foreign Going Ships
for 18 years as Marine Safety Radio/Electronics Officer. He is
certified by American Bureau of shipping (ABS), Lloyd registrar of
shipping (LR), Det norske Veritas (DNV), Bureau veritas (BV) and
Germanischer Lloyd (GL) to carry out Marine Safety Radio Surveys
onboard Ships and Rigs within the West and Central African regions.
He also carries out Surveys on behalf of United States Coast Guard
and Nippon Kyokai Kaiji (NKK). |
